CONSTITUTION IMMIGRATION VIOLATIONS

Key Data on Wrongfully Detained American CitizensWhile exact real-time tracking is obstructed by official data gaps, major independent findings clarify the scope of the problem:

The 170+ Recent Cases: An investigation by ProPublica identified more than 170 U.S. citizens who were arrested and held against their will during targeted enforcement operations. The investigation documented that many were held incommunicado, preventing them from calling family or lawyers, causing them to effectively "disappear" to the outside world.

The "Disappearance" System: Lawmakers have formally accused ICE of creating systemic "disappearances" on American soil. A congressional inquiry led by members of the Senate highlighted that ICE’s Online Detainee Locator System (ODLS) regularly suffers from prolonged data delays, transfers individuals to out-of-state mega-facilities without family notification, or entirely fails to log detained individuals. This leaves families and lawyers completely unable to verify if or where their loved ones are being held.

Long-Term Data Trends: A comprehensive analysis by the Cato Institute estimated that ICE nationwide may have wrongfully targeted up to 19,873 U.S. citizens with immigration detainers over a multi-year period. Separately, the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) identified at least 2,840 U.S. citizens mistakenly flagged as deportable, with hundreds of those individuals physically placed into immigration jails—sometimes for years—before proving their citizenship.

Historical Government Audits: A landmark report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) confirmed that in a five-year window, ICE investigated at least 674 potential U.S. citizens, formally detained 121, and mistakenly deported at least 70 American citizens.

Commentary:

My Wife and I were considering a trip. At some point we would be crossing a U.S. border. We've all seen the reports of people disappearing after being arrested by Trump's Nazi ICE goons. A relative who is pro-Trump said "They're only arresting people with police records"

That is a very dangerous statement. Someone who is watching FOX news no doubt.

So, I asked AI "how many American citizens have disappeared in ice custody".

I got the following (See today's post)

FINAL STATEMENT: "If you are trying to locate a specific individual or researching a specific time frame, please let me know. I can provide the latest investigative updates or guide you to legal resource centers that assist families tracking missing individuals".

AI offering to track people kidnapped by ICE is kind of like the Volkswagon Automobile company offering to find Jewish prisoners in Nazi Germany. That's what we have now with no legitimate Department of Justice.

All this is shocking and a horrific turn in the country the world refers to as the "Beacon of Democracy"..
