I'll start off my "deranged" commentary by reminding us all that Trump was forced to create his own social media platform because his tweets became so false, fake, dangerous and DERANGED.
"Truth Social" is Trump's unfiltered megaphone. It's where he goes off calling people names, stating conspiracies and uses the office of the president, the most powerful voice in the world, to spread hatred, racism, lies, etc etc etc.
Let's for a minute forget what I think about Trump's mentality. Let me convey some credible medical professionals observations about Trump's current state of mind:
Dr. John Gartner, a clinical psychologist and former Johns Hopkins professor, who warned early about Trump’s “malignant narcissism,” says the president now shows clear signs of cognitive decline, comparing his confusion and grandiosity to dictators in their final stages.
Harry Segal, a senior lecturer in the psychology department at Cornell University, said another characteristic of Trump’s questionable mental acuity is confabulation. “It’s where he takes an idea or something that’s happened and he adds to it things that have not happened.”
Trump’s erratic behavior, that appears to be getting worse as witnessed in his 18 minute ranting speech this past week has led a growing number of mental health professionals to openly voice their concerns that the president is mentally unfit to lead.
Many of those professionals — especially non-psychiatrists who aren’t card-carrying APA (American Psychiatric Association) members and therefore not bound by its rules regarding public statements about these matters — have accused Trump of exhibiting a litany of traits that impair his judgment, from narcissism, paranoia and delusions of grandeur, to lying, misogyny and sociopathic tendencies.
Now let's compare them to Trump's latest mental and physical examination results:
In April, Trump’s White House physician, Dr Sean Barbabella, wrote that the president “exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the commander-in-chief and head of state”. He said Trump was assessed for cognitive function, which was normal.
But, the real question today, in December of 2025 is this:
Trump had an "advanced imaging" scan in October 2025, which the White House described as a preventative MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). Why did he have this procedure? “An assessment of a heart MRI and abdominal MRI is not 'standard for an executive physical,'” says former White House physician Jeffrey Kuhlman. She said his results were "normal" but many people suspect a more serious need for such a test.
In recent months several psychiatrists and reporters have speculated that Trump may have serious mental health impairments, such as dementia (which runs in his family).
FOR THE RECORD WE CAN NOT REGARD ANY OPINION AS FACT UNTIL TRUMP RELEASES HIS EXAMINATION RECORDS: Most mental health professionals agree conclusions a psychiatrist says without examining a patient is likely to be inaccurate, so for the record let's just call this idea that Trump is having mental issues a "possible outcome".
Trump said he would release the results of his MRI test that he received in October but as we have seen his promises are usually lies too.
Anyone who's seen a Trump speech knows the people in the audience are usually seen shaking their heads, having a look on their face like "what? what did he say?" and that's his fan base. Those who are not consumed by TES "Trump Estrangement Syndrome" basically get sore necks whenever he speaks.
Taking all these opinions based on visible signs of Trump's mental state into account, and the many things I've witnessed over the years with people in my life who've suffered from "normal" deterio
