It was passed to the Republican Senate where Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has let it sit on his desk. He refused to negotiate a deal with Senate Democrats and blames them for not allowing him to pass a lessor bill that had no financial benefits for Americans. McConnell would only pass a bill if it gave hundreds of billions to large businesses.

Meanwhile, long after most unemployed Americans unemployment benefits from the first stimulus have been depleted, while millions of families are reporting not having enough food, and covid infections are skyrocketing WHAT IS TRUMP DOING?

He is reported to be sitting in the White House residence for hours every day watching TV, tweeting conspiracy theories, claiming the 2020 election was rigged.

2,439 Americans have died of CoronaVirus in the past 24 hours. 12,168 deaths were reported worldwide.

Three vaccines are within months of distribution but estimates show tens of thousands more deaths will occur by the end of the year.

Trump is also expanding his channels for receiving donations from his loyal followers. He tells them this is for "funding legal cases to reverse the 2020 election results" but I suspect Trump is just obtaining pocket change for his escape.
