Gossip.
That's how people associated with the Gambino Family one of New York's most murderous crime syndicates would dismiss any mention of their Godfather John Gotti being involved in executions. Many of which have never been discovered! Nobody knows for sure how many bodies floated silently past the Statue of Liberty out to sea.
Al Capone was worse! He'd smash someone's head in for even thinking he ordered a hit.
Neither of those two hardened criminals were ever convicted of First Degree murder. Both ended up in prison for unrelated charges.
Capone, tax evasion TRUMP EVEN THIS WEEK IS FIGHTING TO KEEP HIS TAX RETURNS HIDDEN.
Gotti escaped so many convictions he was nicknamed "The Teflon Don". His most famous was his "alleged" 1986 order for an assault of labor union official John O'Connor. Police obtained a recording of Gotti saying "bust him up". Gotti was acquitted of that because recordings were considered unreliable? (and some other paperwork/admin errors). FBI bugs had apparently caught Gotti discussing plans to fix the jury of the trial. Many feel it should been a mistrial but Gotti was well connected and to this day the outcome has been deemed shady.
On December 11, 1990, FBI agents and NYPD detectives raided the Ravenite, arresting Gotti, Gravano and Frank Locascio. In the back of the police car, Gotti remarked, "I bet ya three-to-one I beat this".
Federal prosecutors charged Gotti, in this new racketeering case, with five murders (Castellano, Bilotti, DiBernardo, Liborio Milito and Louis Dibono), conspiracy to murder Gaetano "Corky" Vastola, loansharking, illegal gambling, obstruction of justice, bribery and TAX EVASION.
On April 2, 1992 of all charges. Still nobody ever accused him of actually committing a murder himself. Gotti was incarcerated at the United States Penitentiary at Marion, Illinois. He spent the majority of his sentence in effective solitary confinement, only allowed out of his cell for one hour a day.
After a decade of prison, AND "ALLEGEDLY" ORDERING EVEN MORE MURDERS WHILE IN PRISON John Gotti died on June 10, 2002, at the age of 61.
So, here we are. Trump has now been condemned by 12 witnesses. He committed extortion and bribery, obstruction of justice, violated his oath to the American People and abused of his powers as President.
