10 days ago they were ramming "It's a hoax, hear-say" down the American public's throat. Now after 13 witnesses delivered condemning evidence of Trump's violation of public trust they're STILL standing by their meal ticket man Trump.

Now their verdict is "Ok he committed a violation of his oath of office, and probably crimes... but is it impeachable... no"

Thus rendering him void of Presidential immunity... putting Trump in the position of being prosecuted for the mountain of investigations stemming from the Mueller Report and these Impeachment Investigations.
