This week, Mulvaney said it point blank TRUMP COMMITTED A CRIME AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION. This if impeachable with no further investigation required.

And just imagine of OBAMA, or CLINTON or WARREN, BIDEN, O'ROURKE withheld military funds from any country...
