In Oct of 2019 President Trump ordered the withdraw of the last U.S. troops in the highly volatile northern region of Syria "for some reason". He did this against direction and without the consent of U.S. House and Senate due process. Speculation points to Trump doing this to either protect his assets in Turkey or to return favors to Turkish officials for his alleged involvement in Turkish money laundering and other crimes. It is also suspected Russia President Putin who stands to benefit from the fall of Syria had a hand in this. Trump's "rogue" action leads to chaos and bloodshed. Within 5 days of withdraw dangerous ISIS soldiers are "walking out" of Syrian detention camps and Kurdish men, women and children formerly loyal to the U.S. are being murdered in what can only be described as brutal and cruel airstrikes, ground attacks and inhumane spot executions.

During this, on it's Oct 13, 2019 broadcast CBS (a pro-Trump news organization known to slant facts in Trump's favor) "sugar-coats" the atrocities SEEN IN VIDEO FOOTAGE of roadside executions in just a 7 SECONDS OF AIRTIME. This is a display of jaded, factless, meaningless non-coverage.

Literally like the CBS commentator Elaine Quijano saying "oh yea btw, people are being killed" mid-sentence run-on sentence... onto the next sentence.

THIS WAS A WORLD WAR II WAR CRIME THAT HAPPENED IN PLAIN VIEW ON VIDEO WORLDWIDE IN 2019!!!

DURING THE SAME BROADCAST AT LEAST 3 TRUMP CAMPAIGN ADS WERE SHOWN... TOTAL AIRTIME: 90 SECONDS.

CBS HAS "BS" IN THEIR NAME for good reason.

Yes, there is a horrific war happening in Syria as we speak but there is also a "war of untruths" happening right here... and Syria is a direct result of mega-corporations OWNED BY THE WEALTHY having too much control of the airwaves.

I strongly suggest anyone who wants a wide view of world events watch NPR, BBC and online news sources not dictated by wealth. And in my opinion NBC seems to make an attempt to disregard at least some of the influence of their sponsor funding sources.
