A man is in the hospital after a vehicle operated by an ICE agent struck him on Saturday morning in northwest Harris County, deputies said.

Surveillance video obtained by our Houston sister station, ABC13 shows the moment an unmarked SUV carrying U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents ran over a man during a pursuit at a shopping center in Texas on Saturday.

The video out of west Harris County shows a white pickup truck stopping along Clay Road, facing oncoming traffic. Two men get out of the truck. One runs toward Highway 6, while the other, identified by ICE as Miguel Parra-Hernandez, runs through a shopping center parking lot.

Moments later, a dark, unmarked SUV turns into the parking lot and runs over Parra-Hernandez. A witness who spoke with ABC13 on the condition of anonymity said he saw the incident unfold. "He said, 'Ah! Ah! Ah! You broke my leg! You broke my leg!'" the witness recalled.

The video shows Parra-Hernandez remaining on the ground for several minutes after he was struck. The footage also appears to show an ICE agent getting into the pickup truck Parra-Hernandez fled and moving it into the shopping center before leaving in another unmarked vehicle.

The world has changed now that civilians are able to obtain damning evidence that time after time prove legal personnel habitually LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!

The turning point happened on March 3, 1991 when a U.S. Citizen Rodney Glen King, an African-American man became a victim of police brutality when he was severely beaten by officers of the Los Angeles Police Department during his arrest after a high-speed pursuit in California.

George Holliday, a Los Angeles plumber video-taped a grainy video of four white police officers beating Mr. King.

The four officers were charged with assault and the use of excessive force. The officers entered a plea of "not guilty." More than a year later a white jury acquitted the officers.

A group of angry protesters gathered at the intersection of Florence and Normandie avenues in Los Angeles. A white truck driver, Reginald Denny, stopped at a traffic light at the intersection. He was dragged from his vehicle and beaten by a group of black gang members.

News helicopters hovering overhead film the scene and it is broadcast live. Arsonists torched buildings. Shootings occurred as shop owners defended themselves from the looters. LA Mayor Tom Bradley declared a state of emergency and imposed a curfew.

55 people were killed in the riots, 11 of them by the police or National Guard, 2,383 were injured, more than 12,000 were arrested and 1,100 structures were destroyed or damaged. The National Guard was deployed.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT TRUMP WANTS TO HAPPEN NOW. HE WOULD IMPOSE MARTIAL LAW AND POSTPONE THE MIDTERM ELECTIONS THAT ARE PREDICTED TO "BEAT HIM UP".

Here we are again:

ICE alleged this week in a statement that "Parra-Hernandez ran in front of an ICE vehicle and was struck." But, the video clearly shows Hernandez running away from the vehicle. In the video you actually see the ICE NAZI vehicle "thump" as they RUN OVER A FLEEING MAN.

The video does not lie. ICE does.

The level of disgust in Trump's reign of terror has become a flash point for unrest.
