Dear Leader McCarthy,

As Members of Congress, we take a solemn oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The existing rules of the House provide House Committees with full authority to conduct investigations for all matters under their jurisdiction, including impeachment investigations. There is no requirement under the Constitution, under House Rules, or House precedent that the whole House vote before proceeding with an impeachment inquiry.

As you know, our Founders were specifically intent on ensuring that foreign entities did not undermine the integrity of our elections. I received your letter this morning shortly after the world witnessed President Trump on national television asking yet another foreign power to interfere in the upcoming 2020 elections. We hope you and other Republicans share our commitment to following the facts, upholding the Constitution, protecting our national security, and defending the integrity of our elections at such a serious moment in our nation’s history.

Nice try Republicans. This Impeahment is Going All the Way!

Commentary:

Trump called Pelosi and asked if "they could work something out" regarding his Ukraine extortion, his administration's coverup and subsequent obstruction of justice.

Her response: "Your people could follow the law"

This is a done deal. We are moving forward to impeach the most corrupt lying manipulative not-a-president in U.S. history.

The Republican Senate with the power of billionaires behind them who are "greatly" profiting from Trump's feed the rich plans will put up a fight. Trump is their meal ticket. He's lined their pockets. But with every passing day they allow Trump to commit, then turn around an lie about his crimes THEY LOOK WORSE!

Yesterday Trump got on TV and said he was asking a foreign country to quote "expose corruption". Referring to some business dealings that Joe Biden's son may or may not have done while Biden was Vice President for Obama. He now freely admits he extorted Ukraine to "find dirt".

That statement shows the true danger our forefathers wanted to protect us from... One person, looking using the powers of our Presidency, for his gain. One person focusing on the possible crimes of specific people that would help his campaign. That isn't a "just society" that is a hit man mentality.

If Trump had requested our FBI and intelligence committees look into "All possible corruption" he would have a stance. That is not Trump's ethic.

in fact, he's the target of 29 investigations into.... wait for it... CORRUPTION, CONSPIRACY, and other crimes.

Kind of like O.J. Simpson using tax payer money to investigate people with knives.

TRUMP, IS GOING DOWN. along with his loyal Republicans who we have seen try to protect a criminal.
