With the release of the "first wave" of business documents people are seeing exactly how much of a facade the Trump "empire" is.
Trump is a liar, con-man, and thief. Trump's businesses are failures. With the exception of only a few, like his hit TV series "The Apprentice" most of Trump's businesses, his hotels, golf courses, Sky-scraper residences operate at a loss. That negative cash flow provides a motive for Trump to do whatever he can to survive. That's a very dangerous mode of life. That's when friends, and family turn on each other. Time will tell Trump turned on our country.
Why are Trump's businesses failers?
1. TRUMP IS A LOAN JUNKIE
Trump is a loan addict. I'm not talking about corporate bank loans, I'm talking about sleazy loans. If the allegations are true about Trump's DECADES of obtaining illegitimate loans via banks like Deutsche Bank (The bank that funded Hitler's Auschwitz murder camp) Trump's "neck is being knelt on" by Russian crime mobs. These people (allegedly) have sifted HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS, POSSIBLY OVER A BILLION DOLLARS in laundered drug, sex trafficking, prostitution, extortion funds into Deutsche and Trump Inc.
Here's how their loan application could read: Mr. Trump receives $XXX,XXX,XXX and agrees to pay on or before midnight XX/XX/XXXX. If Mr. Trump does not paid $XXX,XXX,XXX, and $XXX,XXX,XXX in accrued interest the property at XXXX XXXXXX Avenue CITY HERE will be confiscated or Mr. Trump may be found "suicided".
These "easy loans" Russian translation "legkiye ssudy" will drive any loan addict to commit crimes.
Or in this case, lie to hundreds of millions of Americans, convince them you are "for the people"... win the presidency to conspire with Russia's president who wants to take over the world. (and U.S. Senators who probably also have sleazy loans due)
2. TRUMP RUNS HIS BUSINESSES LIKE A COMMUNISTIC DICTATOR.
Capitalism is far from perfect but it is the most empowering social-economic platform devised by humans so far. In a Capitalistic country every person wakes up every day with the possibility of becoming a success. If they get an education, or even if they don't, they can work hard, start a business, come up with a product, provide a service or even just package rocks and call them "pets" they can be a "winner".
Capitalism is motivation.
Communism is a dead end. Each worker, unless related to an Oligarch or Government leader is a grunt.
People in Communist countries are dictated by their position in their society. If at age 16 they are deemed by a superior to be a truck mechanic they will live and die repairing trucks. They're told by their leaders "life is good if you have a job, don't complain". If they complain, well, they might find out what jobs are assigned to "dissidents". If they voice their disdain they might drink some poisoned tea... or be found on the sidewalk in front of their apartment building.
What does this have to do with Trump's businesses? Trump's world is an "Empire" and he is the Emperor.
Trump's tens of thousands of Employees don't wake up and go to work thinking they can become successful... They know Donald J. Trump will NEVER let anyone "below him" succeed. The people who try to achieve goals that conflict with "Trump Inc." are eliminated, bastardized, shunned.
NO Trump employees clock in for one thing. Their paycheck. There's a "communistic cloud" hanging over them so they put in their time, they get their dime and they walk out the door. This is a recipe for businesses to fail.
