Commentary:

Constantly during Trump's 2016 campaign we heard his supporters say they like him because "He means what he says".

Now, after more than 22,000 of Trump's lies it's painfully obvious Trump words are garbage!

Last night during a town hall drilling in battleground Pennsylvania Trump was asked the question "why did you down play the deadliness of the virus?"

Trump's response:

I "up played it". Then he tried to blame the lack of response on Joe Biden WHO IS NOT PRESIDENT. yet.

Trump AGAIN made false statements about his "tremendous" moves to come up with a vaccine... his infamous "warp speed" plan and that the cure is "just a few weeks away". This, is an echo, a sales pitch he's been repeating for pretty much the entire last 7 months. This fool still thinks CoV19 is a "flu".

Trump repeated his shocking statement AGAIN that the virus will miraculously 'disappear". Then he flubbed using the term "herd mentality" instead of the correct term "herd immunity". This is another huge hint into Trump's true mind set. To Trump Americans are just a herd, mindless, an inconvenience, unimportant... Lemmings running toward a slaughterhouse! All he cares about is that us poor cattle vote for him before our deaths!!!

Biden responded to Trump's statements and response to CoV19 from his current location in Florida as being "near criminal".

It's painfully obvious now, Trump failed to protect hundreds of millions of people to the full extent of the powers of the presidency from this deadly virus that is still exploding.

Power. That is really the key word concerning Trump's misuse of the office of the president of the United States "power". The one person on earth who with words can empower divisions of government, on the state level, national level and worldwide to take action. Instead of using his presidential "powers" along with science, medical knowledge to attack this virus... Trump has spent his time making wealthy people richer, emboldening racist factions, corrupting our justice and intelligence systems, and staging meaningless "peace pacts" with Dictators and Middle Eastern countries that are really just about weapons sales and oil revenues.

Today there is a hearing in our House of Congress focused on what actions Trump failed to do over the past 7 months. And how many people died because of that sad lack of Trump's response.

During this hearing we will hear accusations mounted from Democrats concerning Trump's possibly criminally negligent lack of use of his powers. We will also no doubt hear Republicans defend Trump similar to what happened in his 2019 impeachment trials.

Bottom line. Democrats are accusing Trump of being substantially responsible for 200,000 Americans dead (so far). Republicans are protecting themselves from losing their powers. The deaths of 200,000 Americans "trumps" these selfish Republicans concerns and they are the people consumed with "herd mentality".

How long will our country, and the world be able to survive this schlock Trump idiocy? Let's hope we don't have to find out. Let's hope January will bring a new breadth of life saving thinking into our highest office office of power.
