I was always amazed at how many "less than honest" "less than righteous" people attended the Church my parents dragged us to. Christianity is based on forgiveness so I guess those people figured they could treat others terribly the other 6 days and twenty-three hours of the week and be "absolved of their sins".
That to me was HOG WASH.
What we've witnessed in our nations Capital these past four days has been sinners taking absolution to a whole new level.
Donald Trump standing in front of millions of people selling "God is on his side" makes any sales pitch the Pillow Guy or even used-car salesmen uses look pale.
* The Pillow Guy is a huckster who successfully marketed a pillow stuffed with oil-based styrofoam-like fillings to people and got sickeningly rich. Trump, turned to the Pillow Guy for guidance, after he released virus specialists Doctor Anthony Fauci, Deborah Birx and others from his pandemic "task force". Trump got rid of them because they wouldn't sugar-coat the realities of the pandemic, that has now killed over 180,000 Americans. Those Doctors who held their tongues during Trump's pandemic press conferences eventually had to speak up. The Pillow Guy was more than willing to boast about Trump's "tremendous" response to CoronaVirus... and Trump was convinced a PILLOW SALESMAN would find a vaccine in time for the 2020 election.
Two months before the election, there is no vaccine... Medical experts are leery of Trump's directives, his insistence on pushing unproven treatments like Hydroxy-Chloroquine, that Trump invested money in... In other words TRUMP WAS STILL FLOUNDERING ON A NATIONAL RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS SEVEN MONTHS INTO THE OUTBREAK.
Regardless of the realities Trump and his team of highly skilled presentation kings and queens put on quite a show during the four night Republican convention.
Trump, his family members and select loyal supporters like his attorney Rudy Giuliani, DUI professional Matt Gaetz, crazy face Jim Gordon, and others all repeated in lock-step the same alternative faces of "Trumpism":
1. Trump takes no responsibility for his delayed,diluted response to CoronaVirus that under his watch has killed 180,000 plus Americans.
2. The economy is doing "great" despite 30 million people who've lost their jobs, the worst economic reports in U.S. history and looming evictions, lack of food, homelessness for millions of Americans.
3. If Trump is not reelected "Anarchists" and "Radical Leftists" will spread violence, rioting and danger to "your suburb".(Which "your" he is referring to was never clarified but assumed to be his dwindling base of white suburban scared-y-cats)
and the main theme:
4. Trump is a "savior" only he can "make our country great" he is "God" with orange hair.
My inclination is to ignore this Gobbledygook but I have taken this challenge upon myself to respond for the remainder of this dismal lie-filled Trump presidency.

1. Vast examples of Trump calling the virus a hoax, saying it will disappear, it only kill a few people prove him responsible for tens of thousands of deaths... We all know the facts by now. PEOPLE ARE DEAD BECAUSE TRUMP WAS MUCH MORE CONCERNED WITH HIS REELECTION THAN DOING THE RIGHT THINGS TO COMBAT CORONAVIRUS.
2. The economy is shattered. Go to your local mall... count the shoppers, listen to the not-humming registers. Watch an array of news media so you hear truths/facts. And, volunteer at a local food bank, or homeless shelter. Visit an unemployment office. You will see Trump's "great economy" claim is GARBAGE.
