People are still unable to go back to work SAFELY, People are being EVICTED, people are filing for BANKRUPTCY, People ARE GOING HUNGRY, food banks are RUNNING OUT OF FOOD, this is not "break time" for TENS OF MILLIONS OF AMERICANS WHO ARE UNABLE TO GO TO WORK SAFELY.

Democrats have had their Hero's Act on the table for almost four months now. This vital piece of legislation provides funding for states, schools, health services. It also provides a financial bridge extension to allow people who WOULD PROBABLY BECOME INFECTED to stay out of public for just a while longer.
Several Vaccine candidates are in PHASE III testing, we can all see the light at the end of the tunnel... But, hard working Americans NEEDED THE REPUBLICANS TO COME TO A COMPROMISE WITH THE DEMOCRATS ON THIS STIMULUS WEEKS, MONTHS AGO!
Republicans who print bumper stickers saying they are "The party of the people..." are showing their true colors. They are the "party of their people".
The Republican rebuttal to the Democratic Hero's Act calls for things like a new FBI headquarters... for William Barr and his henchmen. Guess there's not a large enough shredding room in the current HQ? There's hundreds of thousands of dollars for more walls to be built around the White House, so Trump can stage a "Celebrity Coop" no doubt. And Trump is requesting money to remodel the West Wing... I mean Melania got her tennis pavilion and rose garden, so Donny wants plush digs! While children are sleeping on floors, and sidewalks... Disgusting.
The Republican offer also calls for more military spending SO TRUMP CAN CALL ON OUR MILITARY TO TEAR GAS OUR LAWFUL PROTESTORS (See tomorrows post about Belarus, another Autocratic nightmare)
And, the Republican "soft-stimulus" demands the Democrats cut their budget by 66 percent. Democrats said they are willing to meet the Republicans half way... Republicans didn't even care to respond... it was "Their way or the morgue way".
People who align themselves with the Republicans have disregarded mask mandates. They scoffed at the health professionals begging for a slower reopening of our country, the refused to consider children would become infected going back to shool too soon... BEFORE EFFECTIVE TREATMENTS FOR THE CORONAVIRUS WERE AVAILABLE. Many states listened to Trump and people went back to work months ago despite warnings. And, that's why we have seen record death tolls and rising infections. The virus is getting worse.
The Republicans led their flock to the slaughter house. And, unfortunately tens of thousands of other innocent people are dying because of their vapors, fouled ethics and moronic thinking.
Trump and these Republican's gross incompetence has resulted in over 170,000 deaths WHAT DO THEY DO... THEY SKIP TOWN!!!
