Donald "Smiley" Trump attended the second attempt to have the annual White House Correspondence Dinner. (The first was cancelled due to a gun wielding whacko who tried to enter the hotel and assassinate leaders... a sign of a sick society.).

The room was full of people who conduct their careers following Constitutional protections for themselves and their sources. Trump stood at the podium and attempted to be comical. What? He bombed. Guess it's kind of difficult make people laugh when all they see is you threaten people, countries, etc.

I know I'd have a tough time writing jokes for Trump... "An immigrant, a liberal, an endangered animal, a starving child and an Iranian walk into a bar... Bar tender asks why the long faces?... " No where funny to go with that one!

When the Wall Street Journal journalists came to the podium to receive the inaugural Katharine Graham Award for Courage and Accountability Trump stood up, smiled ear to ear and shook hands with them. These are the people who revealed information they obtained implicating him in the Epstein-Trump sex scandal.

There brave people who against substantial threats of legal prosecution by Trump's department of "justice" reacted gracefully to "Smiley's" fake congeniality . "Smiley" was in "party mode" but let's not forget;

He accused them of fabricating information. Yea, this from the person who major news organizations have documented has spoken TENS OF THOUSANDS of distinct false or misleading claims over the past decade. "Kettle black?"

These professional, law abiding Journalists and their families were threatened with violence when Trump revealed their personal information to his "patriot" followers. Several of them had to hire professional security. Trump doing that is thug behavior. Crime boss behavior.
