26-year-old from Colombia was fatally shot by poorly trained racist ICE agents steps away from his Wife and Child.

Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero, who was also known as Joan, was not the intended target of federal immigration agents, according to state officials. A federal officer fatally shot Guerrero in Biddeford Maine, who was allegedly “weaponized his vehicle” in an attempt to flee, according to the Office of the Maine Attorney General.

Two days before this heinous crime ICE agents fatally shot Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a Mexican national during a traffic stop in Texas. Again they claimed a person THAT WAS MISTAKEN FOR A PERSON WITH A WARRANT “weaponized his vehicle” and was murdered in cold blood.

Yesterday Congress called for all armed response by ICE law officers to be "paused" during vehicle stops.

Public protests have erupted over these two murders but only on a small scale. The American public has become numb to these murders and Trump's administration continues to support aggressive tactics by the racist foul "officers of the law" in their hire.

People also continue to die in ICE prison facilities PAID FOR WITH U.S. TAX PAYER FUNDS. The majority of these deaths do not receive proper investigations.

Democrats pledge to hold ICE, politicians who support ICE and Trump accountable when they regain power of the House and Senate.
