Trump's claims his tentative document of "Understanding" is a broader pact that will "ensure Iran will never have a nuclear weapon" but military and political analysts view it as a vague interim memorandum that is far from being finalized.

Both nations are now in a 60-day negotiation period to finalize the long-term diplomatic terms. Time will tell.
