ONE: Martin Gugino was not threatening the 20 or more police, he was trying to talk to them. None of the Police were "in fear for their lives" as we've heard countless times over the years. The difference in this case is there is first hand video. CASE CLOSED. Police fired, multi-million dollar lawsuit to follow.
TWO: Anyone who's ever been assaulted knows that if the person attacking you has the element of surprise, and pushes you backward, it's GAME OVER.There's really not much you can do when you are falling backwards.
