Seriously, imagine a court room where the Prosecutor stands up and says "Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, I can not, have not, and will not provide ANY EVIDENCE proving the Defendant's guilt...". Exactly what kind of legal system would allow someone to be convicted???

He stood in front of thousands of ARMED citizens and told them the 2020 election was rigged. He told them false information, fake accusations and lies about Americans cheating. He filled their heads so full of his pathological BULLS**T they were motivated to attack the U.S. Capitol. Some intended to do harm and murder. That's MURDER ONE punishable by life in prison or execution.
If you ask me, if someone convinced me of a nationwide crime and it turned out to be untrue... I'd be calling for accountability. I would not rest until the people who LIED TO ME were living in nice 6 by 10 government accommodations.
But, not really, of course being a sane, logical person I would insist on seeing PROOF before I smashed windows and threatened lives.
