But let's look at a real-life scenario.

One of our Neighbors, a great guy, Iraq, Afghanistan veteran had a medical condition that was pretty serious. Luckily, being a VET he had adequate health care. Unlike the millions of Americans who had non-military combat and worked for companies that phased out H.C. But, that's another story...

So, Our good friend got a little behind on payments. Time off work, sickness does that.

Soon he started to get really nasty phone calls and threats of legal collections, sickness does that.

So, he decided his best option was to sell his home. The one he worked like a dog on for a decade. I urged him not to but...

He put his home on the market. His Realtors used the comps in the area to set a price. Especially the SMALLER home next door that sold in just days for top dollar, multiple bids... This was just a couple years ago... You know OBAMA ERA SALES!!!

He was in a hurry to get relief so he priced his home less than the SMALLER home next door. Signs went up, MLS, open houses...

Nothing.

No bids, tepid walk-thrus... weeks turned into months. All the while he kept lowering his price.

We were all in shock. At the end of his rope he "basemented" the price... His home finally got an offer $50,000 less than the SMALLER home next door.

About this time we found out another reason he was in a hurry to get relief so he priced his home less than the SMALLER home next door... HE JUST LEARNED HIS ENTIRE DIVISION OF HIS COMPANY IS BEING LAID OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's repeat that LAID OFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!! F**K F**K F**K F**K !!!!!

He had to accept the offer.

But, this isn't the whole point of my story.

Our friend, is kind of a "Trump Supporter". Not, one of those in your face "We're great you all suck" kind. Just like a lot of people who thought Trump would do a good job with our country... our economy.

He came over the day he sold his home to tell us the "good news"... But, during the conversation he mentioned he "still thinks Trump is a good President" he "cares about our Country"... "Unemployment is down" "Steel workers are getting jobs"... You know all the FOX News propaganda.

I'm sorry, I said "Really? You just sold your BIGGER HOME for $50,000 LESS than the SMALLER HOME next door..."

"You just lost ABOUT $200-300k that you've paid into your home..."

"You just found out YOU'RE LOSING YOUR JOB!!!"

...and you might have to go on DISABILITY... That ASSH**E TRUMP IS GUTTING!!!!

But, you still think he's "great again"

* Ford, AT&T and other large corporations are weeding out higher paid employees. Laying them off and replacing them with people who will work for a wage closer to MINIMUM WAGE.

This is all part of Trump's agenda to empower large corporations to be more profitable at the expense of...

People like our friend.

Oh, and another factor of our friends home not selling in my humble opinion... the neighbor on the other side of his home still has a TRUMP-PENCE sign on their front lawn... oops, it's not a "lawn" it's baron dirt, totally appropriate. Trump supporters don't seed and grow. They reap and chant.
