Trump will commit obstruction of justice and within minutes say "He's cooperating with Authorities". He ordered hundreds/thousands of pieces of evidence to not be made available by Mueller. He (allegedly ha!) had boxes of evidence threaded. He has again ordered a White House employee of the people to not answer questions about his collusions with Russia and then he turns around and says "He's transparent".
He pathologically lies about his crimes and his followers believe him... I don't understand how an entire demographic of people who profess to be "proud" can take that?
Yesterday Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi mustered up enough courage to meet with Trump about two pressing matters for our country. Infrastructure and health care. What was on Trump's mind? He wanted to stage a childish tantrum. Word is Trump had the shades drawn in the Oval Office (That's President for I'm gonna hide what's about to happen) After Three minutes of bolstering about being "wrongfully accused" he marched out of the meeting and went straight to an awaiting microphone in the Rose Garden. There he spoke words similar to Richard Nixon right before his IMPEACHMENT...
"I don't need to talk to people who are investigating me... these investigations are fake"
"I don't do cover ups".
Meanwhile the Mueller Report STILL REDACTED. White House Attorney McGahn ORDERED TO IGNORE A SUBPOENA. Trump also just filed and lost lawsuits to deny our IRS from releasing his tax returns... Three and half years of that obvious COVER UP.
Legal facts: The House of Representatives is an equal power to the President. The House Judiciary committee has the legal right to issue subpoenas to anyone. The President has no legal grounds to claim executive privilege and has no legal authority to block anyone from testifying on any matter. Don McGahn and Attorney General William Barr's violation of legally binding orders to appear constitute a Federal offense. These are powers residing in our Constitution... (you know that document Trump swears is sacred in front of NRA crowds).
Trump's actions concerning Barr and McGahn alone are enough to move forward with IMPEACHMENT.
Republican Senators and House Representatives have the legal and ethical obligation to pursue IMPEACHMENT now. Even without seeing the evidence pending from the Mueller Report these latest orders are grounds for IMPEACHMENT.
If Republicans do not support IMPEACHMENT they are establishing a precedent by which all future Presidents will assume they can commit conspiracy and cover up evidence. They will be enabling future Politicians to act "above the law".
The danger of that is beyond comprehension.
