That's what this Republican Congress is doing to protect the world from a madman. A wannabe dictator who thinks he's above the law.

Republicans fought tooth and nail against thier Democrat opponents when they tried to hold Trump accountable in two impeachment trials. When you hear anyone ask a Republican about a crime to society Trump is committing you hear them defend him without question.

So, like a spoiled brat Trump has become more brazen and more destructive not only in acts of war but in violations of law.

This past week Republicans let Trump off scott-free from having to PROVE why the United States military is conducting acts of war against Iran. He came up with some 2nd grader excuse; "There's a ceasefire... the war is over". OMFG! If Churchill had said to the world "The war is over" as Hitler's troops were marching into Poland people would have put him in a mental ward!!!

The war is far from over. Iran continues to launch missiles and attack ships in the Strait of Hormuz. U.S. ships are firing missiles back. Trump has tried to intimidate the leaders of Iran and blast his way out of HIS MESS.

Like children throwing rocks at each other, it's day to day "They shot first" BULLSH%T!

And, we all know what's coming this November 2028. Trump will violate the 22nd Amendment. Just like he's doing today.

FACTS: The 22nd Amendment to the United States Constitution limits presidential terms, establishing that no person can be elected to the office of President more than twice. Ratified in 1951, it also stipulates that a person who acts as president for more than two years of another president's term can only be elected to the office once.

Trump will run again. MAGA brains will violate the Constitution they swear they righteously claim to honor. ALL BULLSHT!

Our Constitution is clear about a president not having unbridled powers. It's stated in concrete terms within Article II of the United States Constitution. MAYBE TRUMP AND THE REPUBLICANS HAVEN'T SEEN THIS?

FACTS: This provision is designed to prevent a president from having unbridled power through a system of enumerated powers, specific checks and balances, and the separation of powers. The Constitution ensures the executive branch is not above the law, with the President’s role carefully defined in Article II.

I'll post these terms in case someone in Congress grows a backbone and forces his Republican wusses to actually follow the U.S. Constitution;

Congressional Checks ("Power of the Purse" and War): Congress holds the power to declare war and fund the military, limiting unilateral executive action in conflicts. The War Powers Act of 1973 requires the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of deploying troops and mandates withdrawal within 60 days unless Congress authorizes force.

Senate Advice and Consent: The President cannot make treaties or appoint key officials (cabinet members, Supreme Court justices) without Senate approval.

Judicial Review: The Supreme Court has the authority to declare presidential actions and executive orders unconstitutional.

Impeachment and Removal: Congress has the power to impeach the president for "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors".

The 22nd Amendment: Restricts the president to two elected terms, prohibiting life-long holding of office.

The "Take Care" Clause: Article II, Section 3 requires the President to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed," meaning they cannot unilaterally ignore or create laws.
