Trump got on camera during several of his lame self-loving Corona-Campaign shows and talked about "how special Easter Sunday is..." how "We should all celebrate... not live in fear"... and "not listen to whining liberal Democrats" who he accused in the critical early days of the virus spread of creating a fake pandemic to quote "make him look bad".
People listened. Churches in the Southern states opened their doors and set out their donation baskets. People prayed, arm in arm. They shook hands, they hugged... they coughed and they spewed germs into the air as they sang songs about "living forever in Heaven".

World news last night reported people working in Emergency Rooms saw a spike in CoronaVirus cases over the past few days. When questioned about their activities the ER professionals said "I lot of these people admit they attended family gatherings and church functions 15 days ago.
All the efforts our population has made to stay home, all the sacrifices to not go to work blown up in one day.
The pattern seen in critical care facilities is people come into the hospital when they are experiencing severe problems breathing, high fevers.
Luckily most people do not get to this level of illness but HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS do. So, before anyone takes a deep breadth and thanks "God, Nature, Luck" let's focus on the reality.
Of those HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of people who enter a Hospital... Roughly 20 percent get sicker. They end up on a Ventilator. (If they are lucky enough to have one available) ... at that point almost HALF DIE.
This is not a "oh good, it doesn't kill everyone" situation this is a "Holy &!! we should do everything we can to not spread this virus moment".
But Trump... wants people to have Easter eggs... sanitary sprays... and paychecks... and for many death.
Forget Cool Aid, Trump is killing thousands of people with his ignorant, blind, fact-less, feckless words.

let's be real here. Donald Trump. Melania, Pence, McConnell, Ivanka, Kushner, Trump-idiot-Junior... the whole Trump clan... if they get sick... they will get THE best Doctors, THE best equipment, best treatments...
These people would not get 24 hour attention to THEIR lungs filling with infection... they would get 1440 second by second top level care.
You, I, your family, your town... we'd be shuffled into a tent... maybe get a test... maybe BECAUSE THREE FRIGGIN MONTHS INTO THIS PANDEMIC ALL WE REALLY HAVE IS ONE PERCENT OF OUR POPULATION TESTED... WHILE TRUMP BOASTS ABOUT "DOING AN AMAZING JOB".
If the Democrats didn't win the House and Washington was monopolized by Republicans loyal to Trump we would not even be entering hospitals if we get sick... They had no intention of "ramping up" production of masks, gloves, tests... UNTIL THE DEMOCRATS FORCED THEM TO BE HUMAN. Hell, we would probably all be watching Trump flanked by McConnell and Geatz in Mar-a-Lago while people died in the streets. "It's a hoax" "It's a hoax" would be their mantra.
But, we're sure hearing a lot of "Herd Immunity" talk.
