You've got to give Trump credit where justified. HE SURE FOUND A GUY WHO WOULD PROVE A STATEMENT HE MADE DURING THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION:
"I Could Stand In the Middle Of Fifth Avenue And Shoot Somebody And I Wouldn't Lose Any Voters"
- Jan 2016 Campaign Rally Sioux City, Iowa
He's gone WAY WAY beyond that folks!
Corrupted our Country, Violated our Trust
Trump might as well have said:
"I Could Stand In the Middle Of the Republican Senate And Commit High Treason and Obstruction of Justice And I Wouldn't Lose Any REPUBLICAN Votes"
Trump supporters in the streets are repeating catch phrases direct from Trump's commode, his "tweet central".
"If Trump was guilty Mueller would have indicted him"
WRONG, Mueller's role was to investigate and deliver a report to his superior, and the Country.
"If Trump was guilty Barr would have indicted him"
REALLY? Have you read Barr's unsolicited memo on how he would never ever ever ever indict a President???
And my favorite revelation this past week. Listening to Trump supporting expert Attorney's on Trump supporting news channels going on about the Mueller Report having no proof of crimes... Haha, the first was within about 30 minutes of the report being public...
Let's break that down. These people spoke in "exact language" about a 448 page report that was released MINUTES before they appeared on TV?... wow Evelyn Wood Speed Reading geniuses!
Almost as good as Barr summarizing the report in 2 days. Then taking 4 weeks to black out the good parts!
I have not read the entire report. To be honest I get about 5 to 10 pages read and I'm glossing over with excitement and fear and dismay! I can only imagine the major news networks having teams of readers to find the highlights. But here are just a few examples of what Mueller’s report says about how Congress can Impeach a Sitting President:
“Under [the Office of Legal Counsel’s] analysis, Congress can permissibly criminalize certain obstructive conduct by the President, such as suborning perjury, intimidating witnesses, or fabricating evidence, because those prohibitions raise no separation-of-powers questions.”
“The separation-of-powers doctrine authorizes Congress to protect official proceedings, including those courts and grand juries, from corrupt, obstructive acts regardless of their source. We also concluded that any inroad on presidential authority that would occur from prohibiting corrupt acts does not undermine the President’s ability to fulfill his constitutional mission.”
“Finally, we concluded that in the rare case in which a criminal investigation of the President’s conduct is justified, inquiries to determine whether the President acted for a corrupt motive should not impermissibly chill his performance of his constitutionally assigned duties. The conclusion that Congress may apply obstruction laws to the President’s corrupt exercise of the powers of office accords with our constitutional system of checks and balances and the principle that no person is above the law.”
Pretty clear Barr paid his master back for the job.
GAMA!
