How wonderful is it for us all to be witnessing "Natural Selection" in reality?

the process whereby organisms better adapted to their environment tend to survive and produce more offspring. The theory of its action was first fully expounded by Charles Darwin and is now believed to be the main process that brings about evolution.

In the Spring of 2020 the world experienced Natural Selection in real time among human species. The "smarter" humans who chose to not venture out into their infected surroundings where a deadly virus identified as CoronaVirus CoV19 was being spread exponentially. Humans with the ability to assess the dangers of moving among potentially infected masses and logical intelligently decided to not leave the security of their "assumed" uninfected dwellings survived while other humans with less developed cognitive reasoning abilities became infected and died.

Sadly, a large portion of the human population who chose to stay safe in their homes also died due to having people in the "dumber/sicker" groups come into their space.

Humans learned a lesson. Well some.
