SEDITIOUS ABSOLUTION

TRUMP USES HIS LOYAL DEPARTMENT OF “JUSTICE” TO ABSOLVE CONVICTIONS OF PARDONED JANUARY 6 ATTACKERS

TRUMP USES HIS LOYAL DEPARTMENT
OF “JUSTICE” TO ABSOLVE CONVICTIONS
OF PARDONED JANUARY 6 ATTACKERS
Commentary:

The 2020 election was NOT corrupt. Joe Biden WON that election fairly. Trump lied, manipulated and ordered his followers to commit crimes exactly conflicting the directives of the U.S. Constitution. This is another disgusting violation of the power of the presidency by a person who caused the most horrific act of WAR against the democratic process.

Us American's have enjoyed the freedoms to choose our leaders by consensus. Hundreds of thousands of our ancestors died in their attempts to protect these established rights. People died because other people did not believe in these freedoms.

On January 6, 2021 we witnessed people who did not believe in the right of the majority vote to choose a president.

Trump pressured these people to commit seditious insurrection. He screamed at them "If you don't fight like hell you will lose YOUR country". He told them to march to the Capitol and attack members of our government who Trump framed as threats to their existence.

WHAT A BUNCH OF DUMB-F**KS. Sorry, what the hell where they thinking.

These people's actions were documented, investigated and led to their convictions.

Trump won the 2024 presidential election. And despite the majority of American voters who voted against him gerrymandered number counts heavily manipulated by the Republican party put the person who mounted the Jan 6 attack back in power. That person, Trump. famously said "I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters".

The 2024 election proved that to be true.

LEGAL FACTS:

On his first day in office for a second term, January 20, 2025, President Donald Trump issued "full, complete, and unconditional" pardons to roughly 1,500 individuals involved in the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack, fulfilling a campaign promise to "absolve" those he called "patriots". Pardons included those convicted of assaulting police and seditious conspiracy.

RAMIFICATIONS:

Law Enforcement & Victims: Organizations like the Fraternal Order of Police condemned the move as dangerous, while injured officers called it a "betrayal".

Legal Concerns: Experts and judges criticized the move as an abuse of power aimed at rewriting the history of the violent attack.

CONVICTIONS OF SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY:

Convictions of Trump's "patriots" included criminal felonies including but not limited to: Seditious conspiracy, assaulting federal officers (including with deadly weapons), civil disorder, criminal conspiracy, destruction of government property. Convictions also included serious federal offenses committed by Trump's top loyalists who mastermined, brought weapons, assaulted police officers, vandalized, damaged and destroyed public property.

The significance of Trump's orders to absolve these "deplorable" individuals is that if their criminal records are erased they will gain their rights to obtain more favorable employment, tax-paid civil benefits and personal advantages from the country they attacked.

The most dangerous result will be future violence committed against the peaceful transfer of power as people will see it as a "forgivable" offense.

Trump and the Republicans refer to themselves as the "Law and Order" party. That is psychopathic and every American should be disturbed by all of Trump's attempts to forgive an act of civil war.
