You know when you do thousands of political posts with graphics you observe things about people. Their traits, their style, and in J.D. Vance's case.... what an ape! He's got the hairiest hands in Washington.
I know why. He's a cro-magnon. This explains how he could stand in front of the masses at Trump rallies and refer to Trump as "a man of faith", "a loyal follower of God", blah blah blah.
We're seeing what a "man of God" Trump is. IF your "God" is a murderer that is. Trump and Israel's corrupt Prime Minister Netanyahu have acted nothing like men of "peace and God". They've waged a war of religion no more justified than terrorists attacking the western world. Both sides hate each other and blame each other for each additional act of horror.
There is no man more dangerous than a man who goes to Church on Sunday and orders bombs to be dropped Monday morning.
I gave up on Church a long time ago. I just didn't believe that the answers to life were in a book and I saw so many people who were fake "believers". This, and sorry, the Priests creeped me out! Nothing happened to me like the sex scandals revealed but I just found them weird. Also the Nuns and the "fill in your loyalty" catechism mind programming. Ask a question and you "go to hell" mantras. Jeezus. To each his own, not for me!
But I have to ask some of you that are devote to any religion. Especially Christians. Is this what YOUR religion believes in? Israel, Jerusalem, the Middle East... Gaza, Lebanon... am I wrong thinking this entire region is the center of the Christian world? I know the Vatican in Rome serves as the center of Roman Catholicism but in those mind-numbing days I spent listening to sermon after sermon about God, Christian origins, peace on Earth, love one another, do onto others, etc. And, Jesus rising in a manger in Bethlehem which is located in the West Bank, Palestine, about 5 miles south of Jerusalem. WHERE BOMBS ARE KILLING THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE!!!
My question, why is the center of the Catholic faith so emersed in hatred and violence??? Why are you seemingly allowing, supporting world leaders who commit murder from within the center of the Christian world???
Does the Bible say "Hey, if other people don't follow your religion... kill them"????????!!! "Love one another" (John 13:34-35) "Bomb one another" (Don 47:20-26)
Now I know from first experience there are people reading this who are so mad at me they would commit a crime. I've even had family members condemn me for even asking such questions. That is the reason I fear living in a world where any religion takes power of government.
I'm a big fan of separation of Church and State. Not only because of the times in history religious fanaticism resulted in mass murders, conquests, and war crimes but because of my love for the U.S. Constitution. Our founding fathers "got it". They saw that no government should have the power to use the powers of religion for THEIR PURPOSES. Because when people stop asking "why?" they can be convinced to do the horrible things we are seeing on the news every night.
We're seeing the "religious war" nightmare right now in real time.
Last week, Pope Leo XIV strongly condemned the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran. He demanded an immediate end to the conflict and calling it "unjust". Speaking from the Vatican the Pope stated "God does not bless any conflict," urged for an "off-ramp", and welcomed temporary ceasefires as "signs of living hope".
Days later Trump proclaimed a cease-fire. The next day Israel bombed Gaza again. 300 plus people died.
I ask why?
