Elijah Cummings (D-Md.), chairman of the Oversight Committee, announced an investigation into Trump's security clearances. On Tuesday, ALONG WITH THE HOUSE JUDICIAL COMMITTEE VOTE TO SUBPOENA THE MUELLER REPORT the Oversight Committee voted to authorize a subpoena for Carl Kline, who served as the personnel security director at the White House.
As Cummings conceded, "the president has the authority to grant security clearances..."
But the President has the ultimate responsibility to protect the American People. This is a fundamental directive in our Constitution. This overrides all other functions of a President.
Trump, and his family, his GUITY partners in crime and no doubt several of these 25 people have demonstrated a complete disregard for us, the American People constantly. They put THEIR business concerns above not only security but the common well being of us... THE PEOPLE WHO THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT!
