Hundreds of Venezuelans deemed “gang members” are deported by the Trump administration without due process despite a U.S. District Judge’s orders telling the government to turn around any aircraft transporting the arrested. Trump invoked the 1800’s "Alien Enemies Act". This marks a dangerous shift away from a U.S. president following the constituion, the laws of our country, and acting without regard to justice and with unilateral authority.
