Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just bought a 1.2 million square foot warehouse in Social Circle, Georgia to be converted into a 10,000 person ICE detention warehouse for $128.5 MILLION… that sold for $29 MILLION two years ago.

THAT'S AN INCREASE IN VALUE OF 440 PERCENT OF THE 2023 SALE PRICE!!!

HOT DAMN!, THAT'S A PRETTY DAMN GOOD INVESTEMENT FOR A BUILDING IN A TYPICAL, MIDDLE ROAD U.S. TOWNSHIP.

FUN FACT: The median home sale price was $381,100 in 2025. Georgia homes generally seeing 30% to 50% appreciation over 10 years.

INTERESTING FACT No 1: The warehouse was owed by the PNK Group, which was owned by Russian businessman Andrey Sharkov. REALLY LET THAT SINK IN.

INTERESTING FACT No 2: A 440 percent increase in the value of a warehouse in just two years is "questionable". And again, a Russian Oligarch just happens to be the benefactor of a deal constructed by "Mr. America First".

INTERESTING FACT No 3: Just about a month ago Trump ordered his CO-CONSPIRATOR FBI to raid Fulton County Georgia's election office in Union City where they seized 2020 election ballots under the false claim there was quote: “foreign or other malign interference in our elections.” HAHAHA!
