There is absolutely no such thing as "clean coal". There's no "clean nuclear waste" no "clean exhaust" from the tail pipe of a gas-burning car.

Doubt me? Ok, Red-hat-Eco-Expert. Grab a 3 ounce piece of coal (you can purchase at any Republican headquarters) and put it in your mouth. Better yet, smash it on a glass table like a 90's rock star and snort it!

No, these people who are putting "clean" in front of coal are the same people who put "smart" in front of TV's we're buying these days. There's nothing smart about TV's that have 85 menus, 111 inputs, remote controls we can't read, everyone different from every other TV and can't just turn the "F" on and find your cable in, or DVD in, or iPad in, iPhone in, on and on.

No the "smart" the TV industry is referring to is how these TV's track what you watch and comprise detailed profiles of what you like, what you will buy, so they can sell your "smart" information to corporations and who will then "smartly" market crap RIGHT INTO YOUR LIVING ROOM!!!!

FACTS: The dangers of coal include, but are not limited to: unhealthy levels of mercury, lead, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulates, and various other heavy metals. Health impacts can range from asthma and breathing difficulties, to brain damage, heart problems, cancer, neurological disorders, and premature death.

But what got me about this little speech Trump gave in front of about 100 coal miners and coal executives yesterday was when he said something like this: "you people, love what you do, I know none of you would want to trade places with someone like me, who lives in a penthouse apartment..."

RIGHT THERE!!! That's the moment I would, if I was a coal miner, leap forward and grab Trump by his laryx... WAIT NO!!! I NEVER THINK VIOLENCE IS AN OPTION... We are civilized, we will use intelligent verbal opposition... One of the miners should have stood up and shouted at the top of their lungs something like "ARE YOU F**KING INSANE!!! MY FATHER WAS A MINER, HE DESCENDED HUNDREDS OF FEET UNDERGROUND FOR 50 YEARS BECAUSE THERE WERE NO OTHER JOBS IN VIRGINIA TO FEED HIS FAMILY, YOU F**KING THINK HE DID IT BECAUSE HE LOVED IT?.... THEN TEN DAYS AFTER HE RETIRED HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH STOMACH, LUNG AND BRAIN CANCER, HE DIED THREE MONTHS LATER. YOU'RE A MORON... COAL IS TRUMP'S TICKET TO POCKET ANOTHER COUPLE HUNDRED MILLION.

Suggestion: see the movie "October Sky" to see how "clean" a life digging for coal is.

If Karma comes into play we might see Trump and some of his associates "love a life" of labor like that.
