This week marks a dark day in U.S. history. This shows how oppressive and corrupt our Republican Senate has become. WHETHER OR NOT TRUMP IS FOUND GUILTY SHOULD BE A RESULT OF A FAIR TRIAL IN THE SENATE WITH WITNESSES DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN TRUMP'S UKRAINE EXTORTION AND THOUSANDS OF DOCUMENTS DERIVED FROM THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES INVESTIGATION. What appears to be happening ... Trump and McConnel are rigging the trial and threatening to turn it into dust.

Just after Nancy Pelosi announced she would turn over the two Articles of Impeachment to the Republican controlled Senate she was asked if she thought the upcoming trial would be fair and impartial.

her response: "Noooooooooooooooooo!"

But she has no choice now. No progress has been made to pursued any of the Republican fat cats to actually look at the evidence. Trump and McConnell are denying witnesses to be called.

Trump is sighting "Executive Privilege" for FORBIDDING the top four witnesses to appear. Mulvaney, Bolton, Pompeo and at least one top White House Staff member involved in the PROVEN Ukraine extortion plot. Law states a President does have the right to claim "Executive Privilege" IF IT IMPEDES IN THE PROCESSES REQUIRED TO DO HIS DUTIES.

Trump is using "Executive Privilege" to cover his crimes. This has nothing to do with "impacting his abilities to fulfill his duties". Sad thing... from what we've seen IT'S CLEAR EXTORTING AND OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE IS WHAT TRUMP THINKS ARE DUTIES.

Trump has committed a crime. And the "Executive Privilege" defense is not written in the Constitution. It's an add on mandate to allow a separation of House, Senate and the Presidency. But, when a President uses PUBLIC MONEY, 900 MILLION DOLLARS IN U.S. TAX PAYER MONEY TO BLACKMAIL A FOREIGN PRESIDENT TO HELP HIS ELECTION!!!!

That's above all "Executive Privilege". That's "Executive Corruption"

"Moscow" Mitch McConnell has outright told the American people he has no intentions of conducting a trial against his purse-string Dictator Trump.

You see all the while this ridicules clown Trump is holding the public's attention the Republicans have been crap-canning Democrat bills that come over from the house and SYSTEMATICALLY PASSING THEIR OWN AGENDAS.

To date more than 250 bills have sat dormant on Mitch McConnell's desk that the Democratic House of Representatives have conveyed to the Republican held Senate.

That's "politics". We get that but the insult is when the Republicans turn around and say "Democrats aren't doing anything but impeaching Trump". That's good ole untrue, and manipulative BULLS**T.

McConnell started this over a decade ago in President Obama's administration. He killed almost every bill, law, mandate Obama created then during campaigns told us Obama didn't get anything done.

Even worse, is when Obama, when faced with Republicans who would not agree to anything without something in return would sign one of the Republican bills... THE REPUBLICANS WOULD TAUNT HIM... TELL US OBAMA SIGNED THEIR AGENDAS INTO LAW!

For instance, in order to get on inch on health care Obama reluctantly agreed to endorse the Keystone Pipeline. You know that oil spilling mess of an environmental catastrophe that was supposed to "end gas dependency". Republicans blackmailed Obama into signing initiatives that would allow that oil-greed delivery system that is ruining pristine northern lands. Then, Republicans had the gall to try to blame the Keystone ON OBAMA!!! I remember one Senator saying "Obama wanted the Keystone pipeline more than us"... Holy Sh*t. Lie Lie Lie.

So here we are. Democrats have two legitimate, iron clad, hard fought Articles of Impeachment that are facing a gauntlet of Republican corruption.

Mitch McConnell's going to be roasting hot dogs in the Senate incinerator flames. Laughing... and CASHING MORE MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR CHECKS FROM RUSSIAN OLIGARCHS!!!!
